How to Set an Agent as Supervisor
Setting an agent as a supervisor allows you to assign them additional responsibilities for managing an event. Follow the steps below to designate an agent as a supervisor in the web app.
Step 1: Login to Your Account
- Open the web app.
- Enter your login credentials and sign in.
Step 2: Select the Event
- Navigate to the Requests section.
- Find and select the event where you want to assign a supervisor.
Step 3: Edit the Agent’s Role
- Locate the agent you want to set as a supervisor.
- Click the Edit button on the right side of the agent’s row.
- In the dropdown menu, select Edit.
Step 4: Assign as Supervisor
- In the agent's details modal, click the Options button in the top right corner.
- Click Make Supervisor.
The agent is now assigned as a supervisor for this event.
