Steps to Publish a Shift

Log In on the Web App
Start by logging into your account on the web app. -
Select the Request
Navigate to the request that contains the shift(s) you want to publish. -
Select the Shift(s)
- Whether it's a single shift or multiple shifts, the process is the same.
- Check the box(es) on the left side of the shift(s) you want to publish.

Click Publish
- In the bulk menu, click Publish to make the shift(s) visible to guards.

Choose Notification Option
- Decide if you want to send a push notification to notify guards immediately or leave the notification off.
Additional Tips
- Publishing shifts is ideal for last-minute coverage or when specific guards are unavailable.
- Use the notification option to ensure guards are promptly alerted about available shifts.
