Adding or editing a position within a request allows you to define and manage specific locations for your agents. Follow the steps below to add or modify a position.
Step 1: Access the Request Page
- Navigate to the Requests section.
- Select the request where you want to add or edit a position.
Step 2: Open the Positions Tab
- Click on the Positions tab within the request page.
Step 3: Add a New Position
- Click Create a Position in the top right corner.
- A modal window will appear with an input field and a map.
- Enter the name of the position in the input field.
- Use the map to tag the exact location of the position.
- Click Add to confirm and save the new position.
