Adding tasks allows you to assign specific duties to your agents during a request. This ensures that agents on duty can easily access and track their assigned tasks directly from the mobile app.
How to Use It
Step 1: Select the Request
- Go to the Operations section.
- Choose the request where you want to add tasks.
- Click the View button on the right side of the request.
Step 2: Create a Task
- On the left side of your screen, go to the Tasks tab.
- Click the gray "+" button to the right of the tab.
- A task creation window will open.
- Enter the title and description of the task.
Step 3: Assign the Task to a Location (Optional)
- If you check the box at the bottom of the task creation window, the task will be automatically assigned to the request location.
- This means that even if the request ends, the task will remain associated with that location.
- If left unchecked, the task will be removed once the request is completed.
Step 4: Assign the Task to an Agent
- Select the agent(s) to whom you want to assign the task.
- Click on the Shift option above the list of agents.
- A new window will appear.
- Click on the Tasks tab within this window.
- Select the task you created and assign it to the chosen agent(s).
- Click Apply to complete the assignment.
Your tasks are now assigned and will be visible to the agents in their mobile app during their shifts. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact support.
