Adding a custom interview link in Archerapp.io is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to configure your integration and ensure smooth scheduling for your interviews:
Step 1: Sign In to Archerapp.io

Log in to your Archerapp.io account using your credentials.
Step 2: Access Settings

Once signed in, navigate to the Settings section of your dashboard.

Click on the Integration tab within the Settings menu.
Note: If you do not see the "Integration" tab, it means this feature is not included in your current plan. Please contact the Sales Team to unlock this feature.
Step 3: Add a Custom Interview Link

In the Integration tab, click the Add button to start adding a custom link.

Select Calendly from the list of options. (Even if you’re not using Calendly, this option allows you to add any custom link.)

Enter the URLs for both English and French:

If you have separate links for English and French, add them accordingly.

If you have only one link, use the same URL for both fields.

Step 4: Save Changes

Review the information you entered to ensure accuracy.

Click Save to finalize the integration.
Your custom interview link is now added and ready for use!
