Creating a guard in our system is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Step 1: Sign In
Log in to your account using your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the Employee Section
Once signed in, locate and select the Employee option in the main menu.
Step 3: Click on "Add a Guard"
In the employee dashboard, click on the Add a Guard button.
Step 4: Select the "Create a Guard" Tab
A new window will appear. Navigate to the Create a Guard tab to proceed.
Step 5: Complete the Form
Fill out the required information in the form
Once all fields are completed, review the information for accuracy.
Step 6: Submit the Form
Click the Submit button to save the new guard's profile. The system will confirm the guard has been successfully added.
