Before creating your first event, make sure you have created at least one location (How to create a location)
Steps to create an event:
1. Select the "Requests" page from the right menu.
2. Click on the "Add a request" button at the top right.
3. You will need to schedule the main events of the event:

- Event title (visible to agents).
- Event location (visible to agents).
- Event start date (visible to agents).
- Confirmation required (confirmation time by agents before the start of their shift).
- Event description.
4. Click on "Request agent(s)" at the top right. You will need to choose the request options:
- Request name.
- Number of agents.
- Agent type.
- Agency (if you have your own agents, you will not have this option).
- Start.
- End.
- Uniform.
5. In the case where the agency option is selected, you will see shifts with the agency logo appear:
Agents will appear once the agency has accepted the request and the shift is within its confirmation period (24 to 96 hours before the start of the shift).
