These levels establish salary brackets based on your agents' experience. Additionally, they are used when creating requests to select the desired agent level for the quarter in question. For example, for some quarters, you may want to assign agents from First Officer to Leader levels only, while for others, agents from Second Agent to First Agent levels would suffice.
It's possible to set a minimum and maximum salary. In this case, agents can receive an increase (8x) between the minimum and maximum:
IMPORTANT: It's possible to leave the maximum salary the same as the minimum:
For example, if the minimum salary is $20.00 and the maximum is $21.00, and an agent has an experience equivalent to 42,300, their base salary would be $20.42 in this case.

What is the difference between a fixed and dynamic salary? Salaries linked to exceptions work in two ways: fixed or dynamic. In the case where the fixed option is selected, the mentioned amount will be paid. In the case where the dynamic option is selected, it will be the base rate entered according to the agent's XP and level with a decrease or addition. For example, if you select a dynamic rate of +$2.00, and the agent's base rate at their level is $22.45, the agent will be paid $24.45. One of the great advantages of dynamic rates is that when you make rate changes, it updates the rates of all agents at the same time, instead of making changes agent by agent.
