By default, the application has 5 uniform categories that are universal:
- Black polo
- Colored polo
- Suit (White shirt)
- Suit (Black shirt)
- Civilian
These 5 categories cannot be deleted, and they have 5 default images that can be replaced by your equivalent uniform images. These will then be visible to your agents (if applicable). It is possible to add additional uniforms (if any). You will need to associate this uniform with a parent uniform (one of the 5 default uniforms). The reason is that if you decide to transfer your shift to an external agency, the equivalent uniform of the agency will be assigned for this shift.
How to update a uniform:
- Go to the uniform section: From the menu on the right, please select the "Settings" tab and go to the "Uniform" tab.
- Choose the uniform: Click "Edit" to the right of the uniform you want to update.
- Modify the uniform: From the uniform modal, you can change the name of the uniform you want internally and change the default image to your preferred one.
How to create a new uniform:
- Go to the uniform section: From the menu on the right, please select the "Settings" tab, go to the "Uniform" tab, and click on "Add a uniform".
- Configure the uniform: Add an image that corresponds to it as well as its name in French and English. Additionally, you will need to select which universal uniform it corresponds to. For example, if you have a 30th anniversary themed uniform (specific to your company) and you transfer this shift to an external agency, the agent will show up wearing the selected uniform.
