The addition of base salaries for different types of agents allows the agency to define and maintain base salaries for each category of agents. This simplifies human resource management and streamlines payroll processing. With this feature, salaries can be easily adjusted based on experience levels, responsibilities, and certifications, ensuring fair and competitive compensation for all agents.
How to Use This Feature:

Access the Menu Bar:
Log in to your account and navigate to the main menu on the left side of your screen. -
Settings:
Use your cursor to click on the Settings tab. -
Base Salaries:
The Payroll tab will automatically appear on the screen. Here, you can view the different agent levels and their associated minimum and maximum salaries.- On the right-hand side of the screen, click Edit to update the base salaries.
- Once you're done, click Update to save your changes.
